Harissa Deviled Eggs Recipe

Mina Harissa Deviled Eggs

Jazz up your deviled eggs with Moroccan harissa from Mina! This recipe takes a few minutes and always makes an impression. Serve them as a starter alongside your tagine and impress your guest or enjoy them on their own as a comforting snack. 


  • 4 hard boiled eggs

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

  • 2 teaspoon Mina harissa, mild or spicy depending on your taste

  • Salt and pepper to taste



  • Slice the eggs in half lengthways and transfer the yolks into a bowl.

  • Add mayonnaise, harissa, salt and pepper to the egg yolks. Mash the ingredients with the back of a fork and mix until smooth.

  • Transfer the egg yolks into the egg white halves and serve.
